RETURN POLICY

Returns must be received within 7 days of your order’s original delivery date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Care within 3 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

SKAIRA reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING BACK FEES

AS SOON AS WE GET ITEM YOU WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT.

We offer Free shipping on our merchandise within the United States but buyer is responsible to pay return shipping fees.

FOR RETURNS:

Please include your packing slip in the return package

Bring your return package to a USPS location or mail box

SKAIRA is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. Purchased tracking number is highly recommended.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we receive your return package, please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your store credit has been processed.
